Figure B
Materials:

large basket hamper
scrap wood
flag pole bracket
2 wheels
old cane
screws
washer
drill

Steps:

1. Cut a base out of scrap wood to fit the underside of the hamper, allowing two inches to extend out the back. Cut the front two corners off.

2. Cut a small piece of scrap wood at a 22-1/2 degree angle (this and a flagpole bracket will make up the base for the handle) (figure A). Pre-drill a hole and screw the piece of wood to the top center of the base along the extended portion .

3. Screw a 1 x 1 piece cut the width of the base to the underside of the extended base (this is where the wheels will go).

4. Cut a 1 x 1 into a four-inch length and screw it to the center bottom of the base between the angled ends. This will enable the trolley to stand when not in use .

5. Screw the wheels in place.

6. Turn base over and screw flag bracket into place (figure B).

7. Secure the basket to the base with a washer and screw.

8. Slip the cane into the flag bracket for the handle.
