With this unusual arrangement of pots, flowering plants really are spilling out.
Here's a pot in a pot in a pot--and then some. It's a fun project, and so easy to make.

First, you need a variety of different sized pots. It's important that each pot can fit inside the other, with extra room for the plants. Rebecca has chosen five pots, but you can choose however many you want. You also need good potting soil, some soaked sphagnum moss and a variety of different flowers.

Take the largest pot and fill it about half full with the potting soil. Then make a well in the soil pushing it firmly against the sides. Next, take some sphagnum moss and line the bottom and the sides with it. This is going to help cushion the next pot as you put it inside and hold it in place.

Keep in mind, you may have to add a little soil to make it level. You may have to push the top pot against the back because the stack of pots will be laying in the grass. All of the blooming flowers will come out the top so you really don't need a lot of space down below. Now, add the soil to the next pot, filling it half full. Repeat the steps and eventually you will have a pot in a pot in a pot.
