Design Star Challenge 7: Hawaiian Hotel Suite

For the seventh and final challenge, the two remaining contestants, Kim and Todd each have to renovate an outdated hotel suite on Waikiki Beach. They have to design them in a manner that best reflects the environment and their own personal style. Kim and Todd have been handed a prime piece of luxurious, top-dollar real estate to demonstrate why they should be HGTV's new Design Star.

Throughout the competition, no other contestant has demonstrated a definitive point of view more so than Todd. In typical "fifth-gear, full-throttle" mode, he highlights his strengths as a creative painter by showcasing sea creatures and ocean colors.
