Unexpected Windows

Forget store-bought drapes or trying to sew your own, designer Stacy Sindlinger recycles unusual items to create unexpected window treatments, like old aprons (minus the ties), sarongs, tea towels, scarves, old roller towels from hand-towel machines and boat sails. Use thumb tacks and pewter nails to hold the pieces to the wall and use jute twine as a tieback.
