One stamp held in different positions creates the free-form band around the room's upper perimeter.
Materials:

stamp
2 paintbrushes
paint for stamp (Crown Vetch SW1834 (light purple), Novelty Purple SW1832 (dark purple), Marshen SW1405 (green for stem))
tape measure
featured wall paint (Paper Lantern SW1360)

Steps:

1. Paint the walls in the desired color and let dry.
2. The featured band is roughly six inches wide and about 24 inches down from the ceiling. To save time, dip opposite corners of a paintbrush into the two chosen colors for the flower. Apply the lighter color over the entire flower portion of the stamp, and then fill the center in with the darker one. Apply the stem color with another brush.
3. Press the stamp into the wall in the desired position, being sure not to let it slide at all. Stamp again in another direction, and then reapply paint.
