You don't have to call a florist to have beautiful, bountiful country bouquets decorating your home! Interior designer Matthew Mead shares tips for floating flowers in containers.

Tips:

  • A blossom should be compact enough to balance on the surface of the water.
  • Some flowers such as hydrangeas can be displayed as an entire cluster or single petals.
  • Any type of container can be used, including a long copper tray, clear glass vase, beautiful serving bowls and even a fishbowl!
