Steps:
  1. Cut a piece of plywood to fit in the base of a hanging iron basket. Paint the plywood round, then secure with a finial and screw through the bottom of the basket.
  2. Attach small wooden candleholders (figure A - available in craft stores) with screws to the plywood. Space them so that the candles don't touch the chain when hung from the ceiling.
  3. Paint the basket, finial and candleholders, as desired.
  4. Add ribbon and candles and hang from ceiling.
