Steps:
  1. Measure the width of the wall and divide by 5. This determines how many scallops will fit across the wall.
  2. Make a scalloped template out of craft paper, lay it on the fabric and cut out the design. Move it along the piece until complete.
  3. Serge the cut fabric for a clean edge.
  4. Stain shelf brackets and invert them when attaching to the wall. Top with a long piece of 1" x 2" board and staple the fabric to it.
