Christine Pullara gives three ideas for bringing nature indoors:
  • Secure a branch in a small decorative tin with molding clay and cover the top with small rocks. Use curtain clips to display favorite pictures (figure A).
  • Use a strong branch and curly willow to fill a vase for a dramatic centerpiece (figure B). Embellish the branches with jewelry or beads.
  • Hang ribbon from a branch or group of twigs to make a simple window valance. Use leaves, beads or bells to weigh the ribbon down (figure C).
