Looped Window Toppers

1. Sew rectangular valances about two to three inches wider than the window casing with ties on each end (the excess allows them to softly drape once in place).

2. Secure the knobs to the outer corners of each window and slide the ties over them to hold the valances in place (figure A).

Protect windowpanes from gouges when scraping excess paint off the glass by holding a flat blade putty knife along them (figure B).
