wire or long pipe cleaners
Steps:

- Hold the two bundles together at the bound ends and tie them together very tightly with another pipe cleaner. Now you're ready to build your swag.
Fresh Herb Swag
greenery
long pipe cleaners
swag base (described above)
herbs of choice
ribbon
parsley
Steps:
- Wrap the ends of two bunches of greenery with pipe cleaners.
- Holding the wrapped ends together, lay the greenery on top of the base and secure it to the base with a pipe cleaner.
- Layer successively smaller bunches of your favorite herbs over the greenery, securing each layer with a pipe cleaner. If you buy herbs at the supermarket, they probably already have a rubber band around the stems. Divide the bunch in half, keeping the band in place, and twist the two halves in opposite directions to secure them. Tie the herbs onto the base with a pipe cleaner.
