Create a beautiful window treatment by draping a long length of fabric through decorative rings.
Materials:

fabric
4 brass hoop scarf rings (HomePlace--out of business)
plastic shopping bags
tassels

Steps :

1. Mount four brass rings just above the window trim. Fold the fabric edges (10 yards were used in the featured room) into the center lengthwise like a tube, and then find the middle of the full length. Pull it through the two middle rings, allowing a little extra to swag. Repeat through the end rings.

2. Arrange the fabric until satisfied. Stuff the swags with shopping bags to plump them up and allow the side panels to pool on the floor.

3. Keep the swags in place by attaching tassels around the fabric and drapery hardware .
