Swag Window Treatment

Materials:

fabric
tape measure
lining

Steps:

1. Using a 42-inch square piece of fabric, hold tape measure in one corner and mark the fabric as you swing the end of it around to the other corner to create a quarter circle.
2. Cut fabric along marked lines and use this piece as a pattern to cut out lining .
3. After cutting lining, place right sides of fabric and lining together, sewing around all three sides. Leave a small opening on one of the straight sides.
4. Turn right side out through the opening.
5. To create the rod pocket, turn point under five inches and stitch down. Measure sides up 1-1/2 to two inches and sew down on both sides.
6. Slide rod through sleeve to create swag.
