Visit the bath department, choose the pattern and style you like, purchase two of them and using wood or wrought iron rods with decorative clip-on rings for easy hanging, bring them home to adorn a window.

You can also wind decorative cording through the pre-sewn openings along the top and slide the rod through the cording loops. Shower curtains range from $15 to $20 or less, and if you were to buy the same amount of fabric that one shower curtain yields, you would without a doubt spend much more money and still be left with the task of sewing the fabric into a window treatment.
