In a beautiful, mid-19th century gingerbread cottage on Shelter Island, New York , Tom Fallon has transformed a dark bedroom into a bright and cheerful guest room . Using a light color palette and plenty of white-painted furniture, he has created a space where anyone would feel welcome.
