Serene looks in the bedroom continue to be a winner in design and this space is no exception. Here are some ways designer Fanny Haim mixed a variety of pieces with a simple color palette to acheive this popular relaxed look:
- An iron canopy bed and flowing drapes on the metal frame and simple cream linens and a fitted bed skirt complete the focal point of the room.
- Moroccan pieces including the large armoire (which houses a TV), a standing mirror and bedside tables give this space a unique look. The inlay on the armoire, mirror and tables play off the oversized club chair draped with patterned fabric.
- Other items give a nod to the exotic--like the unique bedside table lamp with beaded shade, raffia-covered ceiling and a fan literally made from Moroccan hand-fans. Other accessories, including an art piece made from woven fabric, provide interest in the space without making the room seem busy or cluttered.
