From a winter's nest to a Parisian parlor! Install three sets of drapery hardware from the ceiling and hang drapes to elongate the look of your headboard. Use tiebacks slipped over the headboard edge to hold the fabric out of the way of the nightstands.

Spring Tip #6: Add dramatic lighting! Design a bedroom where lights take center stage. Hang chandeliers with the hardwiring changed to plugs from hooks installed in the ceiling on either side for a touch of elegance.
