Creative Inspiration

The dining room chairs feature leather seats with a geometric pattern to mimic the modern look of the dining table. The homeowner tore pages out of a children's book and used them as a decorative wall border. Spray-foam insulation was used to create the depth on this canvas creation.

Sheet music, treasured jewels, cuff links, tempered glass, marbles and many other items decorate a mirrored cabinet near the front door, which holds cherished family photos and letters.
In the living area, a valance has been created out of shirred fabric with doorknobs accenting the ends.
The large expanse of windows in the living room is broken up with a wrought-iron garden trellis accented with stained-glass pieces.
The children's rooms also have an artistic edge. One features a painted diamond pattern and the other features candy-colored stripes with an alphabet wall border.
