Harlan used earth tones to warm up the new contemporary look. In the kitchen, cherry and mustard cabinetry blend with stainless steel and limestone.
This 1940s typical ranch-style home underwent an amazing transformation. When the new homeowners bought it several years ago, they didn't want a 60-year old house . So architect Jim Harlan took the good bones of this old house and without changing the existing floor plan was able to give it a brand-new, contemporary look.
