Materials:
rubber or foam stamp (Starry Night Frame-A1937R, Rose Corner- Z831H, Small Ornate Flower- 71001, Wrought Iron Moustache-72139)
light colored dye-based ink
paper
puff paint
photo mat board or watercolor paper
embossing heat tool
acrylic paints (optional)
Steps:
- If using watercolor paper, cut it large enough to accommodate frame size and photo.
- Stamp image onto paper with light colored ink.
- Apply puff paint to cover stamped image. Allow to dry overnight. This step is important to get a smooth finish.
- Use heat tool to puff image.
- Raised image can be left as is or painted with diluted acrylic paints if desired.
