Make plain shoeboxes match a room's design by covering them with newspaper and paint.
Materials:

shoeboxes
newspaper
paint
decoupage glue (or mix white glue and water)
paintbrush
spray adhesive
scissors

Steps:

1. Cut newspaper and use spray adhesive to cover the shoeboxes like a present.
2. Paint over newspaper with watered-down paint and let dry (figure A).
3. Cover painted newspaper with decoupage glue for protection and let dry.
