  • Iron gates can easily be transformed into a hanging pot-and-pan rack (figure A).

  • Turn an out-of-use birdhouse into a planter (figure B)?

  • Use portions of blankets or quilts as pillow shams or potholders.

  • Turn frames that you no longer use into serving trays.

  • Vintage brackets can be easily utilized as display holders for photographs, vases, paintings or any other collectible items that you may have around your home.

  • Convert a hanging pot into a clothespin holder to hang on the clothesline. If it happens to rain, it won't matter because the water will drain out through the holes in the bottom of the planter.
