After: With the addition of a couch made of doors and accessories from old windows, this room is now comfortable and fully furnished.
Host Christine Pullara introduces a living room that needs basic furnishings. The homeowners would like to also add some accessories with warmth, character and charm . Artist Matthew Levesque joins Pullara to discuss how simple it is to create beautiful , inexpensive furniture out of found doors. Artist Kendra Frisbie demonstrates how to create a coffee table, six-paned mirror and wall-hung candleholder--all out of discarded windows. Finally, following the same process used to make the couch, Levesque creates a storage bench out of old doors. With the addition of this final piece and design help from Greg Henson, the transformation of the room is complete.
