Outdoor Side Table

Create a rustic outdoor side table by attaching a wooden top to a barrel that was once used to hold nails at a hardware store (figure A).

Platter Mirror

Use a beautiful platter to frame a mirror (figure B). Using a ceramic bit , drill two holes in the top of the platter and thread with wire ribbon. Have a mirror cut to size and epoxy onto the center.

CD Cabinet

Turn a plain cupboard into a useful CD cabinet (figure C). Replace the front with a raised paneled door, trim with decorative molding and add a door knob. Insert CD holders (found at electronics stores) on each shelf. Paint and sand down for a weathered finish.
