Materials:
pool balls
pool rack
scrap wood
screws
clamp
drill and regular bit
felt
staple gun
screws
Steps:
1. Cut scrap wood to fit snug inside the pool rack. Wrap felt around wood and staple it in back.
2. Pre-drill holes where the balls will go and also into the balls (clamp them so they don't move).
3. Put the felt piece in place and screw the balls on.
