Decorating with Hosiery

Materials:

hosiery
glass hurricane or vase
clear packing tape
hot glue gun
rhinestone hair ornaments
headbands

Steps:

1. Cut stocking leg to stretch over the chosen item's top edge (use the stocking foot for the bottom). Use clear packing tape on the inside to hold hosiery in place.

2. Glue the headband around the rim for decoration.

3. Apply hot glue to the back of each rhinestone and attach them randomly.
