Designer Greg Henson enhances favorite books using unusual items for bookends: - Weight and interest are gained when claw feet from old tubs are turned upside down (figure A).
- Hold cookbooks up with canning jars layered with flour, oatmeal, brown sugar and chocolate chips topped with a scrap of fabric and twine (figure B). Glue a piece of rubber grip pad on the bottom of each to prevent slipping.
- Plant mismatched urns with ivy for a classic touch (figure C).
