Fleece Pillow Cover

Tying knots in fringed pieces of fleece is a quick way to make a soft pillow cover.

Watch the Video: This is a great quick slipcover for pillows that are out of style or out of season.
Materials:

2 colors of fleece
sharp scissors
pillow form
painter's tape
ruler

Steps:

1. Cut a piece of fleece eight inches wider and longer than the actual measurement of the pillow.
2. Use painter's tape to mark the corners four inches in from each edge. Place a ruler along one edge, using the tape as a guide, and then cut the fringe sections so they're four inches long and 1-1/2 inches wide.
3. Remove the blue tape and repeat the same process for another piece of fleece.
4. Lay the pieces together with wrong sides facing and line up the fringe. Double-knot the fringe pieces around three sides; insert the pillow form, and then knot the final side.
