Starting on their wedding day, Tammie and Terrell Reed have had a 10-year string of bad luck. They decided to make a fresh start by moving to Atlanta. To help them get settled in their new life, designer Vern Yip is going to makeover their living and dining room. And as a surprise, Yip re-creates their wedding day and throws them a surprise reception with a professional photographer to capture all the precious memories.

The couple hates their boring living and dining room. Not only is it dull, it is not very functional. With two kids the white carpet is totally impractical. The family loves to entertain, but their furniture, especially the tiny dining room table is too small for hosting big parties.
