Materials:
hanging paper lanterns
light hardware
watercolors
soft paintbrushes
paint pens
Steps:
1. Attach paper lantern to hanging hardware.
2. Paint desired designs using watercolors. Be sure not to use too much water as they're fragile. The paper will slightly wrinkle when wet but will dry flat. Let dry.
3. Add embellishments with paint pens if desired.
4. Add bulb once dry.
