Materials:
artwork or wrapping paper
white glue
sponge
acrylic paint (green)
water
paper towels
non-ammonia glass cleaner
background paper
hot glue gun (optional)
old window frame
Steps:
- Cut flowers from paper and place on glass until satisfied.
- Apply glue to the backside of the glass with fingers, and then attach the flowers. Work out any air pockets. Use a damp sponge to clean away excess glue (figure A) and allow it to dry.
- Thin paint with water and brush onto distressed paint surface of the window. Wipe away excess paint with paper towels (figure B).
- Clean dried glue on the glass panes with a non-ammonia glass cleaner.
- Apply background paper to the backside of the windowpanes with glue or a hot glue gun (figure C).
