foam stamps - Rubber Stampede
acrylic paint - Delta Techical Coatings
paint texturizer - Delta Technical Coatings
paintbrush
wooden picture frame
one-inch wide painter's tape

Steps: 1. Apply an acrylic paint in a color of choice to all sides of the wooden frame (figure A). Let dry and add another coat. Let dry.
2. Place painter's tape along the edges of the frame (figure B). Mix an acrylic paint in a color of choice with an equal amount of texturizer (figure C). Use a craft stick to blend (figure D). Paint the texturized paint onto a small area of the front surface of the frame, moving all brush strokes in the same direction (figure E).
3. Firmly press a foam stamp into the wet paint (figure F), cleaning the stamp between each application. 4. Paint another small section of the frame and continue stamping. Repeat this process until the entire front surface of the frame is painted and stamped.
