Make these boxes to beautifully store all sorts of household items.
Materials:

papier mache hatboxes
acrylic paint (flat black, bright colors)
dry adhesive sheets
decoupage papers
small scissors
decoupage medium

Steps:

  1. Paint the boxes black on the outside and desired color inside. Let dry completely .
  2. Cut chosen design from paper. Tip: Move the hand holding the paper,not the one with the scissors.
  3. Put the pieces on the dry adhesive sheet; burnish it with your finger, and then carefully peel the pieces off.
  4. Arrange the pieces on the box as desired and smooth all edges. When done, cover the entire box with two to three coats of decoupage medium.
