Materials:

bathroom sink
old showerhead
plumbing pipe
2 pipe connectors
1 pipe nipple
12-inch length of tubing
2 adjustable metal clamps
2 washers
garden pot

Steps:

  1. Screw the showerhead to the plumbing pipe and connector (figure A).
  2. Attach tubing to a garden pump. Add adjustable metal clamps to either end of the tubing to ensure a snug fit. Insert a second connector into the tubing and tighten with the metal clamp. Then slide two washers over the entire piece for clearance from the sink (figure B).
  3. Thread the assembly through the old faucet holes and screw the showerhead in place.
  4. Set the sink and the pump into a standard flowerpot for fountain base. Drape the cords over the edge of the pot.
  5. Add water according to what the pump can circulate, and then plug it in (figure C).
