Materials:

wreath forms (Quik-Crafter Wreath system)
wreath materials: dried items, fresh flowers, plant stems and herbs, strips of fabric, ribbon, silk flowers, fruit (fresh, dried, silk or plastic), etc.

Steps:

  1. Plan design. Count the sets of clips on the wreath and make that many bunches. If desired, make the corner bunches larger or smaller than the others or place large blooms only in certain spots on the wreath.
  2. Use wire cutters to separate flowers with several stems into individual pieces.
  3. Follow product instructions by securing the staple platform to work table.
  4. Gather some materials in hand and fan them out slightly. Use pipe cleaners, twist ties or rubber bands to hold these in place to make several bunches at a time. Tip: The further the materials are fanned out, the larger the outside diameter of the wreath will be. Trim any excess stems.
  5. Start a wreath ring on a middle staple (clip) by placing the flowers in either direction (continue attaching in chosen direction). The staple arms have notches to hold the wreath clips in place while filling it.
  6. Pull the handle to fasten the clips, and then work on the next bunch--placing it at the stem ends of the previous bunch.
  7. Once at the last clip, lift the flower tips from the very first bunch and slide the cut ends under as far as possible. Pull the handle to secure it in place.
  8. If a part needs to be redone, use the recycle tool to open the clips up and reposition the materials.
