Steps:
  1. Carefully cut out eight scallop shells using photocopies of desired templates.
  2. Paint the reverse side of the shells with wallpaper paste and position them on a galvanized bucket.
  3. Gently but firmly press them with a dry cloth to remove any air bubbles. Let dry.
  4. Apply at least three coats of water-based sealer for protection.
  5. Use a hot glue gun to secure a rope around the rim of the bucket.
  6. Secure shells onto the rope with a hot glue gun.
  7. Use to hold extra towels where needed.
