Steps:
  1. Cut two pieces from a 1" x 4" board and attach with nails in an "L" shape (figure A).
  2. Create the round opening with a jigsaw or hole saw.
  3. Paint the wood and a floral cone with metallic silver spray paint.
  4. Clip off the wire on the end of the floral cone (figure B). Fill cone with plastic foam and insert floral piece(s).
  5. Attach wood piece to wall with screws and insert floral cone.
