Fit batting and fabric around a coffee can to create a portable foot stool.
You will never look at coffee cans the same once you see how author Pat McMillan uses them to create footstools.

Materials:

coffee cans
fabric
foam
wire ribbon
peel-and-stick Velcro

Steps:

  1. Wrap the coffee can with 1-inch foam.
  2. Fold the fabric edges in so it creates a finished edge.
  3. Tape one end of the fabric to the foam and roll the fabric around the can. Secure the end with peel-and-stick Velcro.
  4. Tie the ends with wire ribbon.
