Old Window Picture Frame

Interior designer Deborah K. Nansel suggests using an old window to frame pictures (see photo). Here's how: Cut pieces of foam core to fit each frame. Cover the foam core with art papers. Photocopy pictures and cut them to fit the pane, then glue to the foam core. Glue foam core onto window panes.
