Attach pictures to the back of the window with contact paper.
Designer Ann Sundet shows host Joan Steffend how to create a versatile frame for photos using a window frame.

Steps:

  1. Drill two holes in the top of an antique window frame and insert eye hooks. The frame is hung from the ceiling with chains, or it can be attached to the wall with hooks.
  2. Select pictures to be attached to each pane of the window. Postcards, pictures from magazines or photographs can be used.
  3. Cut a piece of clear contact paper out 1/4 inch bigger than the picture.
  4. Attach the contact paper to the back of the picture.
  5. Place the picture behind the pane of glass, using the border of contact paper around the picture to stick to the window. The contact paper can be cut out in interesting shapes, if desired. The pictures are easily changed.
