Designer Peggy Sellwood shares how to make colorful art plates out of paper, plates and decoupage glue.
Steps:
- Collect the images to use on the plate. Use pictures from magazines, maps, cocktail napkins, tissue paper, remnant wall covering, etc.
- Lightly brush decoupage glue on the front of the paper and apply to the back of a plate. Keep layering all of the images until satisfied with the design.
