A felt-covered pressed paper board is the perfect backdrop for your youngster's art and school papers.
Materials:

pressed paper board
utility knife
drywall square
felt
scissors
staple gun
stud finder
long level
long finish nails
blue painter's tape
hammer

Steps:

1. Use a drywall square and utility knife to cut the pressed paper board. Measure and mark the board to the desired size, and then score along the square/line several times until the board bends easily. Make the final cut on the reverse side.
2. Place the board on a large piece of felt and use a staple gun to hold the felt in place.
3. Draw a level line, and then use a stud finder to locate the studs. Mark each stud above the line with a piece of blue painter's tape. Set the board in position and secure it to the wall using long finish nails and a hammer. Once secured, use another nail and pull the felt over the nail heads to hide them.
4. Make more boards as necessary to cover a wall.
