Apple Cones

While an apple cone is a very traditional holiday arrangement, they are a great accent any time of year.

Use fruit and apple cone forms to make a centerpiece or buffet display for your dining room.
Materials:

real or fake fruit (lemons, limes, apples, pineapples)
silk boxwood
apple cone base (www.williamsburgmarketplace.com)
scissors

Steps:

1. Push the fruit onto the nails as desired.
2. Fill the open spaces in with small pieces of greenery.
3. Top the cone with a pineapple.

Note: Try artichokes with ivy or gourds with fall leaves for variation.
