Bring plants inside and off the floor by putting them in an old painted and stamped drawer on table legs.
Materials:

dresser drawer
table legs with hardware
screwdriver
wood glue
wood blocks (1/2" thick)
wood screws
plastic garbage bag
houseplants
moss
paint (variety of colors)
foam paintbrushes
stamps
rags
sponges (kitchen and makeup)

Steps:

1. Base-coat drawer and legs in desired color(s). Let dry.

2. Cut four small wood blocks and attach a leg bracket to each. Screw blocks to the bottom four corners of the drawer from the inside.

3. Stamp desired design in middle of drawer front. Let dry.

4. Use pieces of a kitchen sponge to apply a variety of paints thinned with water to create the desired painted effect. Let dry. Replace knobs.

5. Attach legs. Line inside of drawer with plastic and place plants (in pots) inside . Fill any holes with moss.
