Vicky Giese provides guidance as she embellishes a wire tea pot with freeze-dried flowers. To keep costs down, Giese buys silver trays at flea markets, rummage sales and thrift stores, never paying "over a dollar," she says. She then antiques the trays and adds flowers. The finished products can be used as business card holders or jewelry trays.
