Wall-to-Wall Carpeting

  • hides damaged floor surface
  • can be treated with soil resistant finish
  • fiber content, including, nylon, polyester and wool, affects wear
  • padding also affects wear

Area Rugs

  • huge variety of color and pattern
  • cover-up for damaged floor
  • protects flooring in high traffic areas
  • easily removed for cleaning
  • type of padding used important - whether going on top of hard surface or over carpeting
