Steps:
- Sand the entire piece of furniture with the 220 grit sandpaper. Follow with a tack cloth to remove dust.
- Apply two coats of Aquabond black over the entire surface of the furniture using the four-inch Whiz foam roller. Sand in between the coats, and use the tack cloth to remove paint dust.
- Spray the back of the stencils with adhesive, and position in place on the furniture.
- Trowel the Palette Art in bronze onto a stencil with the three-inch plastic blade. The Palette Art should be raised off the surface about 1/8 inch while the material is still wet. Allow the Palette Art to air dry for approximately 24 hours.
- Make up a glaze using 60 percent Aquacreme with 40 percent Aquacolor in bronze. Brush or roll the glaze onto the furniture, and pat the glaze off with cheesecloth.
