Washing Pillows

Room by Room : Episode RXR-1509 -- More Projects »
Use cold water and mild soap to wash pillows in a washing machine that don't need to be dry-cleaned. Place them in the dryer on low with two tennis balls, dried beans tied in an old sock or bean bags made for this purpose. The balls or beans rolling around in the dryer helps to keep the pillow and its contents moving, which restores them to their original shape. Look for tags for proper washing instructions to avoid damage.
