Sofa Pillows

Sew decorative metal trinkets to a pillow form to personalize it.

Materials:

pre-made pillow covers
decorative studs
milagros (small flat metal trinkets )
needle
thread
silver leaf
sizing
foam and bristle paintbrush

Steps:

1. Attach decorative studs around the pillow to create a border. Push them through the top layer of fabric, and then bend the teeth in back flat to secure them.
2. Use a thread and needle to sew the milagros on in desired pattern.
3. To create an additional design, brush on silver leaf sizing according to directions . Add the silver leafing; allow it to dry, and then brush excess off.
