Applique Tablecloth

Make a soft and feminine tablecloth without sewing a stitch!

organza fabric
cotton fabric
wide ribbon
iron-on appliques (2 designs )
fusible webbing
straight pins
iron
fabric glue

Steps:

1. Cut cotton fabric to desired tablecloth size. Lay it flat and hem sides using fusible webbing. Arrange appliques in the center as desired and iron in place.

2. Cut organza to fit over the center of the tablecloth and the applique design . Pin it in place and secure the edges with fusible web.

3. Create a ribbon border along the edges of the organza by fusing it in place (fold each corner over as you go). Trim, tuck and glue the final corner to finish it.

4. Attach additional appliques as desired.
